About the Bicycle and Pedestrian
Advisory Committee (BPAC)
This Committee was in existence for many years before C/CAG was formed. It makes recommendations to C/CAG on bicycle and pedestrian projects to be funded with Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds. Serves as a County- wide forum for information on bicycling issues for local bikeways committees.
